The use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions apply to all online purchases from Runway Boutique, so please take care when placing your order.
Price of Goods
All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Runway Boutique reserves the right to refuse an order.
Please ensure that all information entered on our website is correct and accurate. We do not take responsibility for delivery to incorrect addresses.
To assist you in selecting the correct size before placing your order, please see our sizing chart included for each style.
Once you place your order, your credit card or Paypal account will automatically be debited and you will receive an order confirmation. In the event that an item you have requested is not available, we will notify you and we will refund you for the full amount within two working days.
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard or Bank Deposit via Paypal. The total cost of sale will be the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus any applicable shipping fee.
Runway Boutique values your security and uses Paypal for all online electronic transactions. PayPal is designed to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Your payments are sent without sharing your financial information to us.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver to any Australian address.
FREE shipping for orders equal to or over $75.
For orders below $75, the following flat rate will apply:
- A shipping fee of $13.00 on all shoe orders.
- A shipping fee of $14.00 on all boot orders.
- A shipping fee of $10 on all bag orders.
- A shipping fee of $5 on all jewellery orders.
If your order is a combination of any of the above, the highest flat rate will apply.
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of payment being received.
If you would like delivery to an international destination, please contact us first for a quote on the shipping fee.
Exchange / Return Policy
You may exchange your online purchase for a different size or style within 7 days of receiving your item/s, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply email us (email@example.com) as soon as possible with the style, size and colour you require so we can reserve it for you.
Then return the item(s) unworn and in their original condition in a postpak or box within 7 days of receiving the goods, to: Runway Boutique, PO Box 2101, Caulfield Junction, VIC, 3161.
In the event that you can't find anything you would like to exchange for, we are more than happy to offer a refund, excluding shipping charges.
When returning goods, please use a reliable method of postage, as Runway Boutique is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to us when returning an item for an exchange or refund (unless the goods are defective or not as ordered).
Exchanged items will only be dispatched upon receipt of the original items.
An exchange will not be processed if the goods returned are damanged, worn or unfit for resale and do not conform with our returns policy.
