Postage and handling
FREE delivery for orders equal to or over $75, anywhere in Australia.
For orders below $75, the shipping charge is a flat rate as outlined below.
If your order has a combination of any of the above, the highest flat rate will apply.
We ship Australia wide within 2 business days of payment clearing. All orders received on the weekends will be processed immediately on Monday.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post delivery. Standard delivery times varies between 1 to 4 business days.
We try to include the box in the satchel, but in some cases, it does not fit. Please contact us if you have any special requirements for the box.
If you would like delivery to an international destination, please contact us first for a quote on the shipping fee.
We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction and will do our best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. You may exchange your item for a different size or style within 7 days of receiving the goods, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply email us as soon as possible with the style, size and colour you require so we can reserve it for you.
Then return the item(s) unworn and in their original condition in a postpak or box within 7 days of receiving the goods, to:

If you can't find anything that you would like to exchange for, we are more than happy to offer a refund, excluding shipping charges.
When returning goods, please use a reliable method of postage, as Runway Boutique is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to us when returning an item for an exchange or refund (unless goods are defective or not as ordered).
Exchanged items will only be dispatched upon receipt of the original items.
An exchange will not be processed if the goods returned are damaged, worn or unfit for resale and do not conform with our returns policy.
