How do I know which size to order?
A measurement chart is provided for each style. Please refer to the chart and compare to like shoes, that is, if you are looking at purchasing a peep toe shoe, then you should be measuring and comparing to one of your peep toes.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE shipping for orders equal to or over $75.
If your order is below $75, the shipping charge is a flat rate of $13 for shoes and $14 for boots to anywhere in Australia.
I don’t live in Australia, can I still order your shoes?
Please email us and we will provide you with international delivery charges.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa & Mastercard using the secure facilities of PayPal, so you can rest assured that your credit/debit card details are 100% secure. We also accept Paypal payments.
I don’t have a Paypal account, can I still pay using my credit or debit card?
You can still pay for your order using your credit/debit card via the Paypal interface. Select Paypal at the checkout process and you will be redirected to the Paypal interface.
Click on the ‘Don't have a Paypal account?’ link as per the screenshot below and you will be able to fill out your details without signing up for a Paypal account.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearing and you should receive your order within 3 business days. These time frames are a guideline only. Unfortunately Australia Post deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind while waiting for your order. Please review our Shipping Policy.
What if my order has not arrived after five working days?
Please contact us at sales@runwayboutique.com.au so we can help locate your parcel for you.
What happens if the shoes I have ordered do not fit?
You may exchange your item for a different size or style within 7 days of receiving the goods, subject to availability. If you can't find anything that you would like to exchange for, we are more than happy to offer a refund, excluding shipping charges. Please review our Returns and Exchange Policy.
